Popcorn is a perishable item so we don't accept returns but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right!
Popcorn Stuff
You bet! Come visit to sample any popcorn flavor on our menu and find your happy.
We prepare all of our popcorn flavors without artificial preservatives. If kept closed in the original bag, the typical shelf-life for our original, kettle, and savory flavors is about two weeks. Our sweet, sour, and specialty flavors can last up to three months since the candy/caramel coating protects the kernel inside.
We recommend not opening your popcorn until you are ready to enjoy it. Once opened, store your popcorn in a cool, dry area and in an air-tight container for maximum freshness.
We'd really appreciate it! Please place large orders at least 3 days prior to your event and we'll be ready for you.
Figure on about 3 cups of popcorn per person, which is around the size of our Nibbler bag.

Absolutely! Any of the flavors and colors in our PartyPop lineup can be mixed and matched to craft the perfect concoction for your next party, wedding, or corporate/school event. We can also accommodate custom packaging or logo labeling upon request and often at no extra charge depending on your customizations.

Please note that custom orders require a lead time of at least 1 week and a minimum order quantity of 275 cups (equivalent to our Jumbo bag size).
Shipping
We ship through UPS across the US. Gift cards are delivered via US Postal Service First Class Mail.
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, except holidays. We ship up to 24 hours after you have placed your order and often on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will typically ship on Monday.
Enter your contact information during checkout and we'll send updates on your order status via email and/or SMS text message, including a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped.
We will not be able to cancel or change an order once it has shipped.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at (916) 235-2400 within three hours of the order being placed.

Please do not discard any of the original packaging or contents in the event that a claims process may be necessary.
